Located right at the entrance of Saint Tropez, in the hilly Residence du Golf, the house is surrounded by exquisite and luxurious gardens providing a quiet, comforting and intimate atmosphere.
The Layout
The approximately 300sq m villa is laid out on 2 levels and due to its structure, with 2 large living rooms, 2 equipped kitchens, and 4 bedrooms, it can easily accommodate 2 separate families or 8 adults.
The house opens up to a pleasant living room with spectacular view over the sea and the bay, that can be enjoyed from its large windows and nice generous terraces.
The lower level of the villa is accessed through an interior stair case or from the garden.
The Location
Gassin village is situated in the middle of the Saint Tropez peninsula, less than 4 km away from the sea, and very close to Saint Tropez village.
The villa can be accessed only by car, motorcycle or bicycle, 10 minutes-drive to the centre of the Saint Tropez village.
