About the House
The 250sq m renovated and restructured villa is situated on the slopped sunny hills of Le Lavandou, blessed with gorgeous sea and landscapes of Cote d’Azur, at only 40 km away from Saint Tropez.
This property will be adored and preferred by big groups, friends or families, that can enjoy the intimacy of the apartments and the quality time spent together around the poolor on the nice patio overlooking the harbour of Bormes-Les Mimosas and Le Lavandou commune.
The Layout
The villa is situated on approximately 1,000sq m terraced plot of land and it comprises 3 independent apartments.
On the upper level there are two apartments, Apartment Pool, of approximately 90sq m and Apartment Balcony with approximately 70sq m living space. The third apartment, called Apartment Terrace, is situated on the lower level and has a surface of approximately 70sq m living space. The pool can be accessed through the Apartment Pool, or through a small closed gate in the common yard.
All three apartments have access to the pool if the property is entirely rented. The entire villa can accommodate up to 18 adults.
The Location
The property is situated at only 5 minute-drive or 15 minutes-walk to centre of Le Lavandou.
The villa can be accessed from two sides: down the hill through the larger gate, where there are three parking lots within the property, or up the hill, where cars can be parked outside the property, in front of a smaller gate.
The closest beach is Plage de Saint Clair.
