The four bedrooms villa of approximately 200sq m has been recently renovated, offering better comfort and better distribution of volumes, the entire interior being redesigned with great taste and care for details so its guests could enjoy all facilities at the fullest.
The Layout
The property is accessed through an electric gate going down a nice paved alley towards the covered parking lots and the entrance of the house.
The construction built on a slopped terrain, is distributed on two levels and can accommodate up to 8 adults.
The Location
Gassin village is situated in the middle of the Saint Tropez peninsula, less than 4 km away from the sea, and very close to Saint Tropez village.
The villa can be accessed only by car, 10 minutes-drive traffic free, to the center of the Saint Tropez village.
