About the House
The newly refreshed and renovated apartment is situated in a 250sq m two-level villa, that enjoys one of the most beautiful seascapes over the marina and the little quiet village of Le Lavandou. The villa comprises three independent apartments, with a common slopped inner yard and parking area.
The Apartment
The 70sq m apartment is situated on the upper level on the villa and can accommodate up to 6 adults.
The day area has a living space a with sofa bed, a dining corner for 6 people and an open kitchen, fully furnished and equipped.
The living room opens up to this cute balcony with a dinner table and an amazing view over the sea.
The two bedrooms have fairly the same size, one has a king size bed, a wardrobe, and an en suite shower room and the second bedroom is furnished with one king size bed and a wardrobe.
The apartment has also a second bathroom.
The Location
The property is situated at only 5 minute-drive or 15 minutes walking distance to centre of Le Lavandou.
The villa can be accessed from two sides: down the hill through the larger gate, where there is one parking lot available within the property; or up the hill, where cars can be parked outside the property, in front of a smaller gate.
The closest beach is Plage de Saint Clair.
