About the House
The newly refreshed and renovated apartment is situated in a 250sq m two-level villa, that enjoys one of the most beautiful landscapes in the little, quiet village of Le Lavandou. The villa comprises three independent apartments, with a common slopped inner yard and parking area.
The Apartment
The 70sq m apartment is situated on the lower level on the villa and can accommodate up to 6 adults.
The day area has a living space a with sofa bed, a dining corner for up to 6 people and an open kitchen, fully furnished and equipped.
The living room opens up to this welcoming terrace with sun lounges where you can enjoy your quiet vacation.
The two bedrooms have fairly the same size, both furnished with king size beds, wardrobes and en suite shower rooms.
The Location
The property is situated at only 5 minute-drive or 15 minutes walking distance to centre of Le Lavandou.
The villa can be accessed from two sides: down the hill through the larger gate, where there is one parking lot available within the property; or up the hill, where cars can be parked outside the property, in front of a smaller gate.
The closest beach is Plage de Saint Clair.
